Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel their session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid charges. If a session is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the full session fee will be charged.

 

​ Right to Cancel Sessions: Sure Media reserves the right to stop or cancel any current or future sessions at our discretion. This may include but is not limited to, instances of inappropriate behavior, violation of these terms, or any other reason deemed necessary by Surge Media.

​ Payment and Charges: Payment for sessions must be made according to the terms specified at the time of booking. Failure to pay the session fee when due may result in cancellation of the session and possible forfeiture of future bookings.

 

​ Rescheduling: Clients who wish to reschedule their session must do so at least 24 hours before the original session time. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session may be subject to the same charges as cancellations.
